Warranty
All YottaYotta products are covered under the Basic Service Plan. The standard hardware warranty is one-year return to factory, however this may be extended through a YottaYotta YYESS® Plan.
Return of Material Services
Standard Return to Factory - All hardware components covered under warranty come with standard return to factory services, however customers may accelerate their return of materials with Advanced Replacement services, which are offered through YYESS® plans.
Technical Support Response Line
Technical Support Services are included with product purchase for 90 days after purchase and 24x7 Services are available through YYESS® plans.
